Last week I received my new DSLR Camera in the mail from Amazon.com. A couple weeks ago I asked everyone which camera they though I should buy, the Canon EOS Rebel T1i, or the Nikon D5000. I ended up buying the Canon EOS Rebel T1i because I just preferred the way it felt in my hand, I’m used to Canon cameras and how they work, and I was impressed with the Canon’s beautiful picture quality and great HD movie mode.
This past week I’ve been taking a ton of pictures with my new camera, and I thought I’d share a few of them here. So here goes – my top 5 pictures taken with my new camera!

I’ve been taking photos since high school where I took my first photography class. I think photography is one of my favorite creative outlets, it’s easy enough that any one can pick it up, but takes years to perfect (if you ever actually can).
I love your photos and envy your camera! lol
Loved the video. Nice pics too, Pete. You are looking like a pro with that thing. I took some nice one’s today in Ireland. You’ve inspired me to post some of mine.

Great pics, Pete. I liked the video too. That seems like a very versatile camera… it kinda makes me rethink the Olympus I bought about a year and a half ago… but the Olympus was a good deal and is still a nice camera, so no complaints!
