Yesterday was Father’s Day, and we had fun celebrating it with my wife’s father by going out to dinner and playing board games (my father-in-law’s favorite!). We had a good time, and I think it’s good to take a moment to honor those in our lives who have made a difference, our fathers, our mothers and others. My father was out of town this year, but we gave him a quick phone call to wish him a good day as well. Here’s a post I wrote about my father last year. Thanks dad for being such a great role model!
My wife and i had our 7th wedding anniversary on Sunday. It’s hard to believe that it was already 7 years ago that we got married. It seems like it was just yesterday. In our 7 years together we’ve been through a lot of things. We’ve had the normal ups and downs that married people have, and we’ve had various health scares that many people never have to go through. Through it all our marriage has become stronger, and we love each other more than ever. I love you Maria!
Marriage, it’s more challenging and more rewarding than you could ever imagine! I highly recommend it for your personal growth.

Good Reading For The Week
A few weeks back Pinyo at Moolanomy.com launched a new feature on his site that has turned out to be a lot of fun, and quite helpful as well. It’s called Moolanomy Answers. Basically it’s a place where you can go to ask just about any type of personal finance question that you’d like, and usually within a short time you’ll get an answer to your question. If you’re more advanced and want to help people out, you can answer questions yourself! Check it out, it’s actually a lot of fun!

Happy Father’s Day and Happy Anniversary. My Dad unfortunately went out of town for this weekend but it was fun for me to just spend time with my two boys. For my dad I created a post regailing the lore of his mole hunting adventures and wow was he excited about that. He must have forwarded on to anyone he’s ever talked to that he’s famous on the Internet, little does he know.
