Giving is down in all churches due to these economic times. What if everyone in every church gave the loose change that sits in jars and drawers and purses and donated it their church. It could be the thing that makes a difference and enables the Church to be strong and financially able to reach out in our communities. Giving hope may mean only giving your loose change. I've been trying to stay upbeat, and I admit that sometimes I fall into the doom and gloom trap. But we're in the midst of our own mini-boom, so I really can't complain. But I think that you should add helping others to your list. We've been blessed, so we're trying to do a little more for those who are struggling.
