Personal Finance Bible Verse of the Day: Uncertain Times
by Peter on October 1, 2008

Command those who are rich in this present world not to be arrogant nor to put their hope in wealth, which is so uncertain, but to put their hope in God, who richly provides us with everything for our enjoyment. 1 Timothy 6:17
During these uncertain times that we’re facing with our economy, it’s important to keep things in perspective, and remember where our true hope lies - in Jesus Christ. When we place too much importance on money, possessions and things of this world, we’ll often end up disappointed and hurting. When we place our trust in Him, He will never let us down

Awesome scripture! You couldn’t have picked a better time to remind us of it, too.
