I always like getting stuff for free, and their customer service there was pretty good - I'll give them that. Mistakes happen, but only good companies will make things right like they did! @ FFB: yes, it is nice to have good customer service. Refreshing actually! @ PT - yes we love staying at newer places, no peeling wallpaper, dirty bathrooms and questionable stains on the carpets! :) @ Mrs.Micah: Babe the blue ox is huge, isn't he? I am also glad to hear that you were able to still go on and have a nice vacation. Our honeymoon hotel messed up in a similar fashion, and they comped it too.
