		<description>All parties do play a part in this mess, but credit card companies have been predatory with unnecessary fees.  Why should I pay for customer service by calling my credit card company? It&#039;s an unecessary fee.  Companies strategically plan how to deceive the ignorant and desperate, and they should bear the brunt of the suffering.

Personally, I&#039;m sure these companies will survive just fine... $600m+ in profits should keep the bailiffs from the door!
