I could realy do with this second package as i have 5 children an a partner who has just lost a job an we r so behind in our bills it is realy stressfull it would b good to get back on track an have money to go spend on my kids especially 4 christmas.

THIS IS MY FIRST TIME OF HEARING ABOUT THE SECOND CHECK IF WE DO RECIEVE A CHECK THATS GREAT AS HARD AS TIMES ARE WE NEED THAT MONEY. PERSONS ALL AROUND WITHOUT MONEY AND JOBS COULD REALLY USE THE MONEY AND HAVE SOME RELIEF.

JC ~ For each 700B spent, it equates to approximately $2,200 depending on who gets what. THe gvt. doesn’t really have this money. Basically we are leveraging our country . . . a much larger reason why we’re in our current situation.

if there are 303,824,650 in the us population why dont they give $1,000,000 to each person and they will still be saving money that will get the nation back in its feet

I’m going to look and see if I can’t deny claim to it and give it back the the government. This way, when they say “you have to pay it back” I can say “I never took it to pay back”. I think it’s a bad idea, I don’t back it and want no part of it. I feel that it’s my right to deny the money and give it back the government. If I dont share the spending, I dont share the debt.

If we are going to receive another stimulus check I will put it towards another car… Mine is totally on its last leg and I am trying to save enough cash to get a newer one before mine dies. I don’t need to make another bill right now with so many jobs being lost who wants to make new bills.

I would like to see a stimulus check as well, as I too am on disability, living below the poverty level. I get upset with how difficult they make it to survive on Disability itself. My father recently passed away and I was told I could apply for his benefits, which would put me in a position that I wouldn’t have to struggle anymore. Come to find out that when I was utilizing the 9 month trial period to see if I could return to work, I apparently made too much money, though that was 7 years ago. Now I am told that I can’t collect my fathers, because of this misunderstanding. I was under the impression that for that nine month period they don’t judge what you are making. Now that I am too handicapped to hold down a full time job, and need it I am being denied.

my only concern is will they take it out of our tax return like they are from our 2008 tax. if you haven’t noticed or have done your taxes yet. the stimulus check we go last year is being taken back out of your 2008 tax return. what would be the point of another one that’s bigger. we’ll only get less of a return when we do our taxes next year.
